For lovers of raw, the spectacular tartars: salmon tartar with sour apple and tuna tartar with pear and pine nuts. For those people who prefer it cooked: crispy chicken uramaki. In addition, they present a roll without rice: futomaki with tuna tempura. The menu features other delicatessen such as uramaki with grilled octopus, eel futomaki and foie gras or vegetable tatemaki, among many other novelties.
