III Tuna Food Festival at Kurai

The Kurai, located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, in Plaza de España, celebrates its III Tuna Food Festival, after the success of the past years. The menu is created for two people for 80€ (cellar included), where you can enjoy the best fresh tuna.

The starters are, tuna loin Balfegó, tartar, soy, passion fruit and ginger, a niguiri of tempered sutoro, raifort and lime or smoked bull sashimi and citronella oil, among others.

After that, you will enjoy a serie of main dishes such as uramaki flambéed tuna, foie gras and apple teriyaki, grilled tuna steak with sumiyaki, shitake and roasted tomato, tuna secret at low temperature, emulsion of sesame and sake or ossobuco pickled tuna with vegetables, shoots of sisho.

To finish, our chef proposes a liquid lime and matcha tea sorbet or cheesecake mochi.

The menu will be accompanied by wines from our cellar, such as the white wine Perro Verde - D.O Rueda.

This menu will be available from February 15 to 25.
